    an Educational Research, Economical Resource Center devoted to providing Solutions for Community Development & Advance Reconstruction. Our Resources for Entrepreneurs, New Small Business Owners, Women, Minorities and Disadvantaged serves as Mission Focus for Air Academy.

After starting as a Community Center Church in 2014 by Jeremiah Phifer Sr., Founder/CFO with the calling for Spiritual Advancement and Community Outreach the mission as since changed. Jeremiah noticed the church was thriving spiritually but the surrounding community failing economically. This called for a complete company relaunch and mission focus change. No Walls Christian Center adapted the corporate status of a Company and in 2018 become a Federal Contractor with the United State Govt. SAM Award Program.

As Federal Government Contractor: No Walls Christian Center Company registered the Entity No Walls Contracting Resource Center to offer Employment/Contract Opportunities and Job for Disadvantaged Small Business. Located in a HUB Zone, No Walls served the community of Huntsville, Alabama under co-leadership of Brittany Q. Ragland CEO/Govt POC since 2018 til current year structure.

As Executive Director of Air Academy; (No Walls Christian Center Company) is Responsible for creating and upholding the academic advancement curriculum and economical development standards for the institution.Response for directing both student and staff on procedures and policies that lead to social, economical, mental and educational growth and stability.Maintaining the original structured purpose for which the institution was founded, developed and created; which is education research and economical development advancement resources through mental cultivation and business management association and information.Responsible for maintaining the 501c3 educational nonprofit institution standard set by regulations of the board of Air Academy. That standard is: community outreach, pilot programs for community advancement and tailoring specific programs and initiatives for the advancement of the disadvantage communities, women, minorities and low income community individuals, entrepreneurs as well as new and existing business owners/creators.
